Members of the combat drone unit from the 47th Mechanized Brigade discovered around 20 Russian soldiers moving towards a barn in Solovei (Donetsk region, northwest of Avdiivka), suspecting it could be serving as their local headquarters, a medical station or a logistics hub.

As a large group of Russian soldiers convened inside, they were targeted by a kamikaze drone that navigated through a window before detonating. The aftermath was a significant explosion and fire, suggesting limited chances of survival for those within. It is estimated that approximately 20 individuals were either killed or injured in the attack.

This footage was likely captured on a Sunday or Monday.

Russian forces intensify offensive in the Kharkiv region

On Tuesday evening, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that in retaliation to intense bombardment and an offensive by Russian forces, Ukrainian troops repositioned to strategic locations in the Lukianka and Wovchansk sectors of the Kharkiv region.

"In several areas within Lukianka and Wovchansk, enemy fire and assault operations forced our troops to relocate to save lives and minimize losses. The battle continues, with Ukrainian forces thwarting Russian attempts to secure positions. Counterattacks are being executed, keeping the enemy within the reach of our artillery and defense units," the Staff announced.

Earlier, General Kyrylo Budanov, the head of Ukrainian military intelligence (HUR), expressed confidence in the Kyiv forces' ability to stabilize the situation following a Russian ground offensive in the Kharkiv region. However, he also cautioned about the accumulation of Russian troops near the Sumy region to the north.
