Before this update, General Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukrainian military intelligence HUR, provided insights on the front-line situation.
He noted that Ukrainian forces are nearing the stabilization of the situation after Russia's terrestrial assault on the Kharkiv oblast. Nonetheless, General Budanov cautioned that the Russian troops are amassing to the north, close to the Sumy oblast, hinting at the possibility of an impending military operation.
