"From 12:40 AM to 3:00 AM Eastern Time (11:40 PM to 2:00 AM in Poland), the Ukrenerho distribution center implemented controlled emergency power cut-offs for industrial and individual customers in all regions of Ukraine," was announced on Telegram.

The statement highlighted that the drop in air temperature and damage to energy infrastructure from Russian shelling exacerbated the energy shortage.
Following the supply restrictions on Tuesday evening, areas such as Lviv, located near the Poland border, experienced blackouts, as confirmed by the city's mayor, Andrij Sadovy.
"In Lviv, emergency power cutoffs have been enforced. At the moment, parts of the city are without electricity," the mayor disclosed.
