According to reports from the American newspaper, Donald Trump plans to establish something similar to the "Minsk-3 agreements," with Europe responsible for their implementation. Trump's partner in the race, James David Vance, has already alluded to this.

The peace plan would include creating a "demilitarized zone" along the current line of contact between Russian and Ukrainian forces, said the vice-presidential candidate. "It would have to be strongly fortified to prevent another invasion by the Russian army. In return, Ukraine would agree not to join NATO while maintaining its sovereignty at the cost of neutrality," the report states.
