Trump's clean bill of health: cognitive and physical exams confirm fitness
Donald Trump recently underwent medical examinations and a cognitive test. This is the first time since taking office that details about the U.S. president's health have been publicly disclosed.
The examinations were conducted on Donald Trump a few days ago, and we are just now learning the results. As reported by the White House, the oldest president in U.S. history has been deemed fully capable of holding office.
Dr. Sean Barbabella confirmed that he is in outstanding cognitive and physical condition, with normal heart, lung, neurological, and overall bodily functions, making him fully capable of carrying out his responsibilities.
The doctor added that these results are influenced by the active lifestyle Donald Trump leads. Notably, he has a hobby — he regularly plays golf. The document noted that all diagnostic and laboratory tests were within normal limits.
Examinations of his head, ears, nose, and throat did not reveal any significant abnormalities, except for his right ear, where there is a scar from a gunshot wound, the report states.
The politician had his blood pressure measured (128/74) and pulse (62 beats per minute). It was revealed that he is taking four medications: Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe for cholesterol control, aspirin, and Mometasone cream for the skin.
His weight is 223 pounds, and his height is 6 feet 3 inches, which indicates overweight. The leader of the United States is up to date with his vaccinations, including those required for trips to exotic countries. The medical report was created based on consultations with 14 specialists.
Additionally, a 10-minute test called the Montreal Cognitive Assessment was conducted to detect potential cognitive impairments. The results showed no issues, as he achieved the maximum score (30 out of 30).
Donald Trump's diet was criticized
Donald Trump's health has been the target of political criticism. Opponents accused him of being excessively overweight and claimed that he does not eat healthily. He does not shy away from fast food, and his favorite drink is diet cola.
From Corey Lewandowski's book "Let Trump be Trump," we learn that the president prefers vanilla ice cream and cookies for dessert, and enjoys fried chicken and salad with thousand island dressing.
