Trump defends his timing, assuring his audience that he has mulled over this concept for nearly a decade, asserting that the sale's subsequent declaration post the court order was purely coincidental.

The commercial site gettrumpsneakers.com, the sole distributor of these shoes, has declared no affiliation with Trump's campaign. Furthermore, the sneakers are stated to be the "registered trademarks and/or trademarks of CIC Ventures LLC". Apparently, this enterprise does not seem to be part of Trump's organization. This distinction is significant given the presiding judge's declaration that Trump is barred from conducting any business from his New York company for the next 3 years.

Per the website's latest update, all pairs of "THE NEVER SURRENDER HIGH-TOP SNEAKER" have already been claimed.
