This unveiling occurred just one day after a New York judge ordered him to pay a fine amounting to 354.9 million dollars for manipulating his company's records and escalating his net worth to deceive prospective lenders.

Trump defends his timing, assuring his audience that he has mulled over this concept for nearly a decade, asserting that the sale's subsequent declaration post the court order was purely coincidental.

Furthermore, the sneakers are stated to be the "registered trademarks and/or trademarks of CIC Ventures LLC". Apparently, this enterprise does not seem to be part of Trump's organization. This distinction is significant given the presiding judge's declaration that Trump is barred from conducting any business from his New York company for the next 3 years.

"Trump's sneakers are neither conceptualized, produced, nor distributed or sold by Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, or any affiliated individuals or entities," we understand from the site's statement. The document further elaborates that "45Footwear, LLC utilizes Trump's name, image, and likeness under an authorized licensing agreement".
