According to Bloomberg, the value of Donald Trump's fortune at the beginning of 2024 exceeded $4 billion, placing him among the richest people in the world. In September 2024, Forbes updated this valuation to $3.9 billion.
Trump owns real estate worth $1.1 billion, including stakes in prestigious locations such as Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago and Trump Tower in New York.
He is also the owner of numerous properties, including four homes in Palm Beach, Florida, and the apartment building Trump Park East. He also owns ten golf courses in six U.S. states, as well as in Scotland and Ireland.
