Trump mocks Biden over re‑election withdrawal memory lapse
Donald Trump ironically commented on Joe Biden's withdrawal from the re-election race. The Republican candidate accused the American leader of not remembering his resignation.
"A new day has come, and Joe Biden doesn't remember how he withdrew from the race yesterday!" writes Donald Trump on one of the social media platforms. In a mocking attack, he added that Biden demanded a campaign schedule and organized talks with Presidents Xi of China and Putin of Russia about the possible start of World War III. "Biden is sharp, determined, energetic, furious, and ready for action!" Trump adds.
The media points out that this is another sarcastic post from the Republican presidential candidate. Mediaite highlights that all of Trump's posts should be taken with a grain of salt.
In a previous post, Trump directly addressed the American leader's decision to withdraw from seeking re-election. "Crooked Joe was unfit to be a candidate and certainly unfit to hold his office," the Republican Party candidate stated on his Truth Social network. The politician also claimed that defeating Kamala Harris would be much easier than defeating Biden.
Trump: The planet is teetering on the edge of World War III
Trump has repeatedly referred to the alleged World War III during his public appearances. "I will end every international crisis caused by the current administration, including the terrible war between Russia and Ukraine, which would never have happened if I had been president," he promised during his last rally in Milwaukee.
"The war is now raging in Europe and the Middle East. The growing threat of conflict looms over Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, and all of Asia, and our planet is teetering on the edge of World War III. It will be a war like never before because of the weapons," said Trump.
"In four months, we will achieve an incredible victory and begin the four most wonderful years in the history of our country. Together, we will usher in a new era of safety, prosperity, and freedom for citizens of every race, religion, skin color, and creed," concluded the Republican candidate.
