While signing executive orders in the Oval Office on Monday evening, Donald Trump found a letter that outgoing President Joe Biden had left for him in the desk.

Trump discovered the envelope after a journalist asked if Biden had left him a letter, which is a tradition in the United States.

"He might have left one," said Trump as he looked into the desk drawer, then took out the envelope and showed it to the journalists.

"Maybe we should read it together," said Trump. But after a moment, he added that he would read it privately first.
