Trump blames Biden for deadly Jordan base drone attack, warns of looming third world war

According to LBC, Trump attributed the attack on the US base in Jordan to the alleged weakness of President Joe Biden. "This audacious attack on the United States is a horrifying and tragic aftermath of Joe Biden's weakness and capitulation," Trump avowed.

The strike occurred on Sunday morning near the barracks in Jordan, as Reuters reported. Three soldiers were killed and 34 others were wounded. President Joe Biden attributed the strike to radical militant groups backed by Iran.

"Three years ago, Iran was weak and crippled; it was entirely under our control. My policy of maximum pressure left the Iranian regime struggling to fund their terrorist proxies," Donald Trump stated, as quoted by LBC.

"This attack would never have occurred on my watch; there wouldn't have been even the slightest chance. Just as there would have never been an Iran-backed Hamas attack on Israel. There would not have been a war in Ukraine either, and the world would have been enjoying peace," asserted the former president. "On the contrary, we are now on the verge of a third world war," Trump added.
