The aftermath of the assassination attempt on Donald Trump continues to reverberate. Numerous doubts have arisen during the investigation. According to CNN's findings, radio communications and text messages from American service agents indicate that they lost sight of the potential assassin of the former U.S. president.

The assassination attempt on Donald Trump occurred during a Republican Party election rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. On July 13, Thomas Matthew Crooks fired several shots at the former president, one of which grazed Trump's ear.

In total, two people died in the attack, including the perpetrator himself. Three others were injured. Authorities are now investigating how the attacker managed to fire several shots at Donald Trump.

Enigmatic findings by CNN. Did officials know about the shooter?

Documents provided by Senator Chuck Grassley's office suggest that American agencies were aware of a potential assassin. Those tasked with securing Donald Trump's meeting had been passing information about a "suspicious man" as early as 90 minutes before the shooting spree.

Communications and text messages from the United States Secret Service and local officials indicate that officers were monitoring the man but lost sight of him.

I spotted him with a rangefinder; he was looking towards the stage. FYI. If you want, alert SS snipers to be on the lookout. I lost sight of him - wrote concerned local police officers.

The evidence includes a photo of Thomas Matthew Crooks, taken at 5:14 PM (less than an hour before the attack) by one of the American police officers.

According to CNN journalists, the exchanged messages could be evidence that the assassination happened due to improper communication between Secret Service agents and local police. At this time, authorities have not commented on these allegations.
