Many of the reports from Russian media and government representatives are likely not true. Such reports may be part of an information war by the Russian Federation.

Late Tuesday afternoon Eastern Time, a phone call between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin concluded. In communications issued afterward, both sides conveyed that the Russian leader agreed to a 30-day suspension of attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure targets.

A full ceasefire was conditioned by Russia on the complete halting by the West of arms and intelligence supplies to Ukraine.

Shocking statement by Medvedev

Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, made a scandalous statement regarding the talks between Trump and Putin.

"The phone call between Presidents Putin and Trump proved a well-known idea – there is only Russia and America in the dining room. On the menu: light appetisers – Brussels sprouts, British fish and chips and Paris rooster. The main course is a Kiev-style cutlet. Enjoy your meal!" said the Russian politician.
