International media revealed on June 20 that Travis Scott had been arrested. The rapper allegedly trespassed into a local marina and heatedly argued with the owner of one of the chartered yachts.

The incident occurred early in the morning. Strictly at 4:35 AM Eastern Time, police cars arrived to take the rapper into custody. He was charged with trespassing on private property and disorderly conduct while intoxicated. The WSVN portal reports that the artist "was drunk, causing a disturbance and asked to leave multiple times." That was enough to escort the 33-year-old to the Miami-Dade County police station.

Has the rapper been released from custody?

Travis Scott was in custody for only a short while. He made a brief visit to the local officers and was released after posting bail. The amount was $650. The foreign press tried to get any comment from the rapper's representatives. Unfortunately, they did not receive any specific information. So far, the singer has not publicly addressed the matter, but he will likely issue a statement soon.
