Oats, chia, and milk. Add fruits and nuts, shake, and the next day, you can quickly grab a ready, filling, and healthy breakfast from the fridge. After such a meal, your stomach will be satisfied for a long time. You can add natural yogurt to make it creamier. It's a delicious breakfast and dessert all in one.

Oatmeal provides complex carbohydrates, ensuring a long-lasting feeling of fullness. Chia seeds are rich in fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and vitamins B and E. They also have gelling properties, which help thicken the overnight oats pleasantly. It's simply a perfect duo. You can experiment with various toppings to create new flavor variations.
