We all know breakfast is an important meal that deserves our daily attention. It fuels us for the rest of the day, and when correctly balanced, provides a source of vitamins and minerals. Experts constantly recommend not skipping this meal. However, not everyone has the time or energy to cook extensive meals or eat protein-rich oatmeal every day. Hence, sometimes it's good to try something new and easy.

A hot dog-centric, nutritious breakfast

This dish offers a generous dose of protein, which keeps you satisfied for long. To prepare it, you'll need the following ingredients:

  • 2 eggs,

Preparation steps:

  1. Grate the cold cuts using a coarse grater.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, the grated meat, and any optional items as per your preference, and season appropriately. Stir these ingredients together to make a mix.
  3. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it. Spread the egg mixture evenly into the pan.
  4. Fry the pancake from one side until the bottom sets. Once it does, flip it to the other side carefully.
  5. Spread the grated cheese on top, and roll up the omelet. Continue frying until the omelet firms up completely.
  6. Finally, remove the pancake from the frying pan and serve immediately.
