A hot dog-centric, nutritious breakfast
This dish offers a generous dose of protein, which keeps you satisfied for long. To prepare it, you'll need the following ingredients:
- 2 eggs,
- a tablespoon of milk,
- hot dogs or any other cold cuts,
- 1.8 ounces of grated cheese,
- optional items such as a tomato, chives, or dill,
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation steps:
- Grate the cold cuts using a coarse grater.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, the grated meat, and any optional items as per your preference, and season appropriately. Stir these ingredients together to make a mix.
- Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it. Spread the egg mixture evenly into the pan.
- Fry the pancake from one side until the bottom sets. Once it does, flip it to the other side carefully.
