Investigation Into Plane Crash

"Out of respect for the affected families, we will not provide further information about the personnel involved at the moment," stated the Pentagon in their formal notice.

Investigations about the causes of the disastrous incident are ongoing. The US Army European Command emphasized in its statement that the incident occurred during training exercises and had no connection to the ongoing conflicts in the Gaza Strip or border incidents with Lebanon.

"We can confirm with certainty that the aircraft's flight was purely for training purposes and there are no indications of any hostile action," the statement read.

According to the European Command, more information will be shared as the situation develops.
