On Tuesday, September 26, a 22-year-old man fell from a popular Indonesian cliff. He lost his balance, focused on using his mobile phone. As a result of the fall, the 22-year-old suffered severe head injuries, from which he died on the spot.

He was with his girlfriend

The Indonesian news portal Tribun News reported an accident in Bali. A tourist from Germany decided to visit the famous cliff overlooking Pura Luhur beach with his girlfriend on the Indonesian island of Bali. This is a popular viewpoint, also known for its interesting and frequently visited Hindu temple by tourists.

The tourists arrived at the location by taxi. Nothing foreshadowed tragedy when they were walking together along the edge of the cliff. At the same time, they were recording the sunset on their phone.

He lost his balance and fell 15 meters down

As determined by the police, the reason for the accident was supposed to be the lack of caution on the part of the 22-year-old, who did not pay attention to how he moved through the dangerous area.

At a certain moment, the man lost his balance and fell from a height of 15 meters. He died on the spot.

A similar incident in Austria. He fell from the "stairs to heaven."

A similar tragedy recently unfolded in Austria, where a tourist was climbing a narrow ladder in the Dachstein mountains near Salzburg. The 42-year-old Briton fell from a height of 90 meters.

The treacherous and dangerous route he was on is called the "Stairway to Heaven". Two helicopter crews and squads of police officers from the Hallein Alpine and Abtenau participated in the rescue operation. However, the man's life could not be saved.
