TikToker's nightmare rhinoplasty journey in Turkey exposes the realities of cosmetic surgery

She underwent a rhinoplasty procedure in Turkey. Here's how she recalls the experience
Rouje, a young TikToker from England, selected a clinic in Turkey specializing in plastic surgery for her dream nose. Consumed with anticipation of her life post-procedure, she flew there for her operation.
Ms. Doski depicted her recovery experience in various TikTok videos, a process she remembers less pleasantly, as echoed in a story by the British tabloid "The Sun".
A quote from the newspaper revealed Rouje's ordeal as she described three days in a hellish state. Fresh off the surgery, the TikToker woke up drenched in sweat, her face wrapped in bandages, unaware the worst was yet to come.
She struggled to eat even one meal on the surgery day. Overwhelmed by the pain, her nights were disrupted by continual waking to take painkillers.
Bruises started to appear around her eyes and on her cheeks, leading her to describe her situation in a TikTok video as her "worst nightmare".
Suffering severe swelling, she couldn't open her eyes freely, and her ears felt painfully swollen. An IV administered by the nurses helped improve her situation.
In another video, she compared her nose's appearance before and after the surgery. Many internet users lauded her transformation. Still, some openly maintained the pain she endured was disproportionate to the achieved results.
"It's too late now, but your nose was better before," one individual wrote.
"Your nose was so beautiful before," another added.
