  • 3 tablespoons olive oil,
  • 5 fl oz white wine,
  • salt,
  • pepper.

Instructions:

  1. Thoroughly clean the chicken of cartilage and veins before cutting it into bite-sized pieces. Transfer the meat to a bowl.
  2. Add crushed garlic, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil to the meat. Mix well, cover with food plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 45 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a pan with olive oil and add chopped garlic, followed by diced smoked bacon. Sauté until the ingredients are nicely browned.
  4. Add white wine to the pan and simmer until it has partially reduced.
  5. Now, add the washed, seeded, and chopped bell peppers, along with chopped onion and tomato passata. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and fry in hot oil. Lastly, add it to the prepared sauce.
