They transported not only pizza. The driver and passengers behind bars in California

Officers stopped a vehicle at night in Rosamond, about 62 miles north of Los Angeles. The driver drew attention due to what the Kern police report describes as a "simple traffic violation".
The driver who so recklessly disregarded the traffic code turned out to be Danny Carson. The 47-year-old man had a past conflict with the law. Due to infractions related to illegal possession of weapons, a court order was issued against him, according to which he remained under the supervision of services.
As reported by the "New York Post", it appears Carson hasn't broken his bad habits. During a check of his car, police found a "sawed-off shotgun," and two loaded handguns, one of which was hidden in a very unusual place - in a pepperoni pizza box.
But that's not all - the car was full of drugs. Hidden in the car's nooks and crannies were methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, and Xanax. The illegal substances weighed almost 2.2 pounds.

As reported by the sheriff's office, cash, a scale, drug paraphernalia, and packaging equipment were also found in the vehicle. Given the contents inside the car, the police made an arrest.
The entire group of travelers, who were moving around Rosamont, ended up behind bars. In addition to the 47-year-old driver, his peer Benjamin Vasquez was also arrested, as well as 30-year-old Krista Rutledge and 18-year-old Saydee Vandehey.
