Ukrainian Pravda released information shared by Adrienne Watson, a spokesperson from the US National Security Council.

She explained that the objective of the representatives of the American and Ukrainian arms industries and the authorities of both countries is to "investigate potential joint production and other collaborative opportunities in Ukraine".

Watson emphasized that the conference is integral to the US government’s strategy to significantly boost weapon production to aid Ukraine’s struggle for freedom and security.

She stated that the American National Security Council, Department of Commerce, Pentagon, and State Department will send representatives to the conference. The Ukrainian delegation will include members from the Presidential Office, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Strategic Industry, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ominous news for Russia: US and Ukraine collaborate

Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov revealed that the conference is a follow-up to the Defense Industry Forum held late September in Kyiv.

The event drew representatives from over 250 companies across 30 countries from Europe, North America, and Asia.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine released a statement indicating the formation of the Defense Industry Alliance during the forum. Notably, 38 companies from 19 different countries have joined this initiative.

Following the meeting, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba referred to the onset of a "new era" for the Ukrainian defense industry.
