Plums are undoubtedly one of the most popular fruits, which we invariably associate with fall. In many home gardens and orchards, we can find these trees, which proves that this plant is quite easy to grow. It is also resistant to weather conditions and does not have too many soil requirements. We appreciate plums for their taste and the possibility of preparing various preserves from them. What will happen to the body if we consume them daily?

We can find a multitude of vitamins and mineral salts in fruits. They contain potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. We can also find vitamins A, B6, C, E, K, as well as polyphenols (including chlorogenic) and dietary fiber. As we can see, the list of nutritional components is quite substantial.
