Recent media reports have informed about the star's breakup with her husband, Sam Asghari, which both have now confirmed. It was said that one of the reasons for the split was the singer's suspicious fascination with knives, which reportedly made him fear for his life. Consequently, her latest Instagram video took everyone by surprise.

A video has been posted on the celebrity's profile in which she dances with knives in her hands, waving them all around. Some claimed that it was purely her artistic vision, others bluntly indicated that due to Britney's breakup, she might have suffered a mental health decline. Ultimately, the latter party decided to respond, and officers appeared at her home.

As reported by Page Six, the police conducted a so-called "wellness check" at the singer's villa, a standard procedure intended to ensure that nothing threatens her health or life. Dean Worthy from the Ventura County Sheriff's Office reported that the call was handled by an officer who had previously visited the star's home. Interestingly, it turns out that the notification was not made by a worried fan, but by "someone close to Britney".

A person close to Britney saw a video of her waving knives. They thought her mental state was alarming and were worried for her well-being - was disclosed in a public statement quoted by the service. Finally, the person in question herself spoke up, assuring on Instagram that it was just an artistic provocation. She first commented on the confusion briefly, claiming that she is fine and simply... was inspired by Shakira.
