Lately, equipment such as the Apple AirTag has surged in popularity. These devices provide a precise location of items they are attached to, which can be especially useful for finding lost keys or an umbrella. An innovative mother on TikTok utilized this technology in a unique way, installing such a device on her daughter. This article explores how she neatly concealed it.

Does implanting tracking devices in children indicate a new level of safety?

Despite advancements in technology, child kidnappings are still a recurring concern. Such incidents are often the result of parents' oversight. Therefore, it is crucial to raise children's awareness about the dangers that can lurk around any corner, starting from an early age. However, kidnappings aren't always associated with clichés like a white van with a "Candy" sign on it. Regrettably, criminals have more sophisticated methods for abducting a child.

In her video, a certain TikTok user from abroad shared with other parents her method for monitoring her child's whereabouts. This internet-savvy mom placed an Apple AirTag in her daughter's hair and then concealed it beneath a bun. This method could work equally well by placing the tracker in the child's pocket or sewing it into her clothing.
