They appear in fast food joints, reign at parties, and are a mandatory item in many restaurants' "for kids" sections. Children worldwide have fallen in love with meaty bites in a crunchy coating. However, fish, which are often undervalued in adults' diets, is much less popular. A good trick to sneak them into the menu is to serve them as delicious, crunchy nuggets. Instead of chicken, opt for white fish.
