How to prepare a quick and simple salad?

I have an idea for a salad you can quickly whip up in five minutes without any complicated procedures or advanced culinary skills. Even cooking novices can prepare this delectable salad with ease.

Ingredients:

  • About 2 oz Feta cheese,
  • 1 green cucumber,
  • 1 avocado,
  • 2 handfuls of arugula,
  • 3 tablespoons of sesame oil,
  • 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice,
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Preparation:

  1. Begin the recipe by preparing the cucumber and avocado. Both should be peeled and cut into small cubes
  2. Transfer them to a bowl and mix them with the washed and dried arugula
  3. In a separate bowl, concoct a homemade sauce by combining the sesame oil, lemon juice, and seasonings. 
  4. Dress the salad with the sauce you've made, then top the whole dish with crumbled feta. That's all, enjoy your meal!
