Caution: Many allegations of attacks and military actions attributed to Ukraine by Russian and Belarusian state media may not be reliable. These reports could be part of an informational campaign orchestrated by the Russian Federation.

The Russian FSB claims that Ukraine is connected to the attack near Moscow, alleging that the assailants intended to escape to Ukraine, where they "had contacts."

"In the Bryansk region, close to the Ukrainian border, our special services apprehended four suspects involved in the terrorist act at the Crocus City Hall concert venue," the FSB announced.

Russian citizens were previously alerted

In March, the US authorities disclosed information about a potential attack in Moscow, which has been officially confirmed. According to National Security Council spokesperson Adrienne Watson, this intelligence suggested the likelihood of attacks targeting concert events.
