These ribs aren't just baked with aromatic spices; they're also served as a true "bowl of happiness" that includes roasted potatoes. Sound tempting? It tastes even better! Ingredients:

For the ribs:

  • Approximately 3.5 pounds of pork ribs,
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika,
  • 1 tablespoon of dried garlic,
  • 2 tablespoons of dried thyme,
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin,
  • 1 teaspoon of hot paprika,
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger,
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil,
  • 2 teaspoons of salt,
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper.

Other ingredients:

  • About 2.2 pounds of small potatoes,
  • 1 tablespoon of dried garlic,
  • 1 tablespoon of dried thyme,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1/3 teaspoon of pepper,
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil,
  • 2 onions.

Step 1. Begin by preparing the potatoes. After halving them, toss with oil, dried garlic, dried thyme, pepper, and salt. Mix well to ensure the flavors meld perfectly.

Step 2. Next, focus on the ribs. Lightly coat each piece of meat with oil and season with sweet paprika, dried garlic, dried thyme, cumin, ground ginger, hot paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 3. Place the spice-rubbed ribs in a baking dish, arranging them in a circle.

Step 4. Add the peeled and cut onions to the center, along with the seasoned potatoes.

Step 5. Secure the arrangement using butcher's twine, then cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at about 375 degrees Fahrenheit for around 1.5 hours.
