Strawberry butter cake recipe

Ingredients:

                
  • 1.1 lb strawberries
  • 1.5 cups of cake flour
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

Preparation:

  1. Beat the butter and sugar into a smooth mixture. Then add the eggs and mix it all.
  2. Add the sifted flour and baking powder to the mixture. Stir until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. Pour the finished batter onto a baking tray and place halved strawberries on top.
  4. Bake everything at 350°F for about 60 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
