Another car factory has decided to temporarily halt production. This involves the Detroit Assembly Complex, part of the Stellantis group, producing Jeep and Dodge models.

Stellantis is implementing measures to align its production levels with sales, including adjustments to its manufacturing processes. According to the statement, the company will continue to monitor the situation and determine if additional actions are needed.
The Detroit Assembly Complex - Jefferson produces large SUVs for the Stellantis group, including the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango. Until recently, the factory employed about 5,000 people. In September, 200 were laid off, and further reductions are not ruled out.
