Instructions:
- Initiate this recipe by prepping the chicken. Clean it thoroughly and dry it. Subsequently, slice the meat into smaller pieces, drizzle them with olive oil, and season with gyros spice.
- Refrigerate the seasoned meat for an hour, then sauté it lightly in a preheated pan until it turns golden brown.
