American media reports say it concerns a property in East Hampton, New York. The house, or rather estate, is valued at nearly $25 million. His wife, Jennifer Flavin, and their three adult daughters, Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet, are to live there.

This is a new property, and Sylvester Stallone's family will be the first owners. It has an area of more than 11,000 square feet and, of course, an enormous surrounding plot.
