Smoked Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

- 10.6 ounces of smoked chicken
- 1 large apple, ideally firm and sweet
- 3 stalks of celery
- A handful of walnuts
- 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 1.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt, pepper
- Fresh dill
1. Cube the smoked chicken and the apple without peeling it, aiming for similar-sized pieces.
2. Finely chop the celery.
3. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan before lightly crushing them, leaving some larger pieces intact.
4. For the sauce, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, and garlic crushed through a garlic press in a mixing bowl.
5. Mix the salad ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Ensure everything is well combined.
6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Before serving, garnish with fresh dill for an added touch of flavor.
