Sharing a bed with a partner? Sleeping naked could facilitate stronger bonds. Scientists attribute this to the release of oxytocin, often referred to as the love hormone.

An equally compelling point is that sleeping sans clothes allows our skin to breathe. The result is enhanced skin rest and quicker regeneration, which is certainly a considerable advantage.
