Surprisingly simple and incredibly tasty—that's the best way to describe our skillet cheesecakes. They are the perfect solution when you want to take a break from ordinary sandwiches or scrambled eggs and serve your loved ones something delicious for breakfast. Syrniki is a classic dish in Eastern cuisine, and its simplicity and versatility make it a favorite among both children and adults.

All you need are simple ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. These cheesecakes are a tasty alternative to regular sandwiches or crepes. Preparing these cheesecakes is a breeze. You don't have to spend hours in the kitchen waiting for the dough to rise. Thanks to the cheese, our cheesecakes are fluffy and packed with valuable protein and calcium.
Small skillet cheesecakes can be served with various toppings, such as fresh fruits, raspberry or chocolate sauce, or a dollop of cream. Some people also add chocolate chips to the cheese mixture, which I highly recommend trying.
Ingredients:
- 9 oz of semi-fat cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1.5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour for the batter
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour for coating
Instructions:
Step 1: Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar, and mix. At this stage, you can optionally add some chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.
Step 2: Add the all-purpose flour and mix. Shape the mixture into syrniki and coat them in the all-purpose flour. This helps prevent the cheese pancakes from falling apart.
Step 3: Fry the pancakes in a pan with heated oil or clarified butter until they are golden brown on both sides. Place them on a paper towel to remove excess fat; this will keep them lighter.
Step 4: Serve the prepared syrniki with your favorite toppings, such as raspberry sauce. You can quickly make raspberry sauce by heating frozen fruits in a pot and mashing them with a potato masher. Enjoy!
