Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour,
  • 1 cup of sugar,
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 3.5 oz. of melted butter,
  • A can of peaches.

Directions:

  3. Evenly spread the canned peaches, which you've cut into pieces beforehand, over the top of the cake.
  4. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 356°F and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the cake turns a golden color and feels fluffy to the touch.

To enhance the aroma of the cake, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla. You can also substitute peaches with any canned fruit. Apples, pears, or apricots are all great alternatives.
