Shannon Parker and Stetson Parker went on a trip around Silverton in the American state of Colorado. However, they did not expect that during their train journey, they would see a mysterious figure moving along the mountain slope. Although the couple claims they saw the so-called Bigfoot, the facts could have been completely different.

Parker is convinced that she has managed to record the mythical Bigfoot. On the brief video and in several photos, one can indeed see "something" moving off in the distance. However, it is still not possible to 100-percent confirm that the creature captured is the so-called sasquatch that has been sought for years.

In a post published on Facebook, Shannon Parker has no doubt that the shared video shows Bigfoot. "We believe" - we read in the thread, right next to the tag "#BigFootIsReal".
Parker shared the entire story with internet users about how she allegedly managed to spot the mythical Bigfoot. The woman, along with her partner Stetson Tyler, embarked on a train journey to Silverton on Sunday, October 8. On their return to Durango, Shannon asked Stetson for help in capturing moose in pictures. During their search for animals, the couple saw a creature that they were unable to identify.
The mysterious figure was also noticed by another train traveler, the aforementioned Brandon. The man captured the skunk ape on video, and Parker notes that "out of hundreds of people on the train, three or four actually saw Bigfoot." The height of the figure was estimated to be approx. 6.5 ft.
"If you had asked us before our journey, we would have said that Bigfoot might actually exist. Now we are convinced of it" - said Shannon Parker in an interview with the New York Post.
Although some of the users commenting on the woman's post on Facebook believe in the existence of Bigfoot, the facts in this case might be completely different.
"Silverton in Durango is an area popular with a company that manufactures trailers with a Bigfoot theme, called Sasquatch Expedition Trailers. The owner regularly dresses up as a sasquatch" - we read on the Vice website.
Research into confirming the existence of Bigfoot is still ongoing and there are no shortage of organizations in search of evidence for the cryptid's presence in nature. However, today there is a lack of sufficient and reliable materials that would allow us to treat Sasquatch as anything other than a myth.
It should also be noted that in 1977, the FBI conducted a hair analysis, which was submitted to the organization as evidence intended to confirm the existence of Bigfoot. In practice, however, it turned out that the hair of the mythical creature belonged to a species of the deer family. There is also frequent speculation online that all Bigfoot sightings are essentially - similar to the case with Colorado video footage - materials showing humans dressed as a gigantic creature.
