She quickly calculated that she had spent about 90 thousand dollars on rent in total. Considering rising living costs and bills, she could expect a significant cash injection if she gave it up.

The TikToker decided to buy a large car that she could move into. As she revealed in one of her videos, she chose the 2020 Ford Transit, for which she paid $40,000.

However, she took care of the renovation of its interior herself. In the car, she managed to fit a small kitchen, bedroom, and dining room. Unfortunately, there was no room for a standard bathroom, but she also found a solution for that.

Julia revealed that she spent just under $9,000 on the entire van renovation. The kitchen included a three-burner stove and an oven, as well as a sink with access to running water. The woman also remembered to include a refrigerator and a place where she could prepare her meals.
