Often a business trip or a work social event can lead to a passionate affair. This is what Alice realized when she found out about her partner's infidelity with his mistress. Susan, whose marriage was hanging by a thread, committed adultery herself. "I wanted to feel feminine, if only for a moment," she shares.

Alice's former partner was professionally involved in the advertising industry. This involved frequent participation in various events, parties, or business meetings. The woman couldn't stop wondering about how many opportunities for infidelity her partner had, and how many of them he decided to take advantage of.

Their relationship lasted just under a year. From Alice's perspective, everything seemed to be going as well as possible. Unexpectedly, however, she received a message from one of her boyfriend's co-workers. "She wrote that they went to bed at the last company integration".

From the content of the message, it appeared that the man was assuring his mistress that he was already at the end of a relationship. Both were heavily under the influence of alcohol at that time. The partner's mistress found Alice on Instagram, which must have required some effort since the boy never posted pictures together nor tagged her in his posts or stories. However, he didn't mind that Alice did.

- That girl apologized for not checking it earlier. She explained that it was a moment of madness for her after consuming alcohol and said that if she found herself in such a situation, she would want to know - she recounted.

Indeed, Alice's boyfriend had recently been on a two-day team-building trip. Upon his return, all he told her was that the daytime workshops were fairly monotonous, but the evening party was a success, with plenty of alcohol and tasty food. There was nothing that would arouse the woman's suspicions.

Alice recalls that after receiving a message from that girl, she felt faint. - I showed it to my partner, and he didn't deny it. He apologized, begged for forgiveness, insisted that it meant nothing, that he only loved me, that he had drank too much. I immediately moved out of our shared apartment to a friend's place and decided to break up. I can't forgive betrayal - she declared.

Susan (name changed - ed.), a resident of Warsaw, in her thirties, works in a corporation. She was struggling with problems in her marriage, which started to fall apart during the pandemic. Susan's husband, who works in the tourism industry, was struggling with huge stress and was increasingly turning to alcohol, leading to arguments.

The woman says that a major industry conference in another city was the turning point in her situation. - There were six of us. Among us was also Tomek. We knew each other from work, we cooperated, we liked each other. I always kind of liked him, but I never thought I would do anything about it - she says with a smile.

After the official dinner, the entire group spontaneously decided to go to the club. - I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time - says Zuzanna. - I was dancing with Tomek close to me, and I increasingly felt the desire to have sex with him.

Tomek also seemed interested in her. "Would you like to go back now? Maybe we could go to the hotel?" He asked after they both had a drink. They slipped away from the company, which stayed at the party and returned to the hotel on foot, chatting. And finally, at the room's door, they kissed. He asked if she wanted to come in. She agreed.

- It probably sounds cliché: the wife complained that her husband does not understand her, so she cheated on him at the first good opportunity on a business trip. But I had had enough of this tussle. I wanted to feel feminine at least for a moment - summarized Zuzanna, adding that she does not regret it. - I understood that our marriage is over. After all, I decided to divorce.
