It was a significant win for Liverpool after the heartbreaking news of Jurgen Klopp leaving the club after this season.

The match kicked off with a fabulous but inaccurate shot by David Nunez in the eighth minute of the first half. He had received a parallel pass from MacAllister in between the defenders, turned around, and took a chance from outside of the penalty area. Although he did everything well, the shot missed by a slight margin and went into the stands.

He had another try ten minutes later; this time, he received a wonderful pass above the field from abouts of Liverpool’s penalty area and took the ball. The shot was perfect this time, but thanks to the great save from Chelsea’s goalkeeper, the ball bounced and hit the post.

Liverpool kept attacking, pushing Chelsea into the defense who did not hold for long. In the 23rd minute, da Silva made an incredible surge into Chelsea’s penalty box and scored an astonishing goal. Liverpool had a one-point lead.

Although they were in the lead, they were still pushing. In the 38th minute, Conan Bradley took a very strong plane shot from the right side of the outside of the penalty box. He scored and increased Liverpool’s lead.

The bad day for Chelsea fans had not ended, though. Before half-time, Liverpool received a penalty after a silly and unnecessary foul in the penalty area. This time, however, it was not turned into a point because of David Nunez’s surprising miss.

This event did not stop Liverpool from increasing their lead. In the second half of the match, they scored again after a wonderful cross from Bradley reaching the head of Szoboszlai, who effortlessly jumped and directed the ball into the net. It was all over.

A goal from Nkuku six minutes later did not cause an outrage of happiness, everyone knew Chelsea would not be able to level the score. The list of goal scorers ended on Louis Diaz who scored the fourth goal for Liverpool.

The match ended with the result of 4-1.

It is another very important win for Liverpool, who lead the Premier League standings, and another crushing defeat for Chelsea, who seemed to be on the rise since winning three games in a row.
