Deliciously stuffed snacks bedecked with a slew of treats guarantee a feast for the palate, suitable for any occasion

Ingredients:

Foundation elements:

  • 3 sheets of nori paper,
  • 1.5 cups of cooked sushi rice.

Filling:

  • Approximately 14 ounces of cubed salmon,
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil,
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce,
  • 1 tablespoon of pink ginger,
  • 3 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds,
  • 1 shallot,
  • Half a bunch of chives.

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of honey,
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce,
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds,
  • Some chives.

Instructions:

Step 1. Initiate the recipe by preparing the sushi rice. Subsequently, segment the nori sheets into smaller divisions.

Step 2. Time for the filling. Blend the following in a large bowl: finely chopped shallot, peeled and minced cloves of garlic, sesame seeds, olive oil, pink ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Finish by thoroughly stirring the ingredients using a regular tablespoon.

Step 3. Next, cut the salmon into smaller chunks and mix it with the blend from the bowl.

Step 4. On your countertop, set a muffin tray. Fill each mold with the nori paper and the previously cooked rice.

Transfer the prepared snacks into a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Maintain the oven temperature at 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
