Samurai sword attack leaves woman dead in San Dimas domestic dispute

A tragic incident took place in San Dimas, which, according to Los Angeles County authorities, may have been the result of a domestic dispute involving a sword.
Deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance around 3:30 PM on South Huntington Avenue. Upon arriving at the scene, they discovered the body of a woman who had been fatally stabbed.
On the street in front of the blocks, officers noticed a bloodied woman carrying a samurai sword.
Detective Daniel Vizcarra stated at a press conference that the woman directed the officers to a nearby house where they found the victim. Inside, officers also found another woman who did not show signs of being stabbed but was taken to a local hospital on suspicion of a heart attack.
Detective Vizcarra added that witnesses in this case only speak Mandarin Chinese, so detectives did not have immediate information on what had happened.

Weichien Huang was arrested on charges of murdering her wife, Chen Chen Fei. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Huang attacked Fei with a samurai sword during a domestic argument in their home.
Huang allegedly also attacked Fei's mother, who managed to take the sword from her and escape to the street to call for help.
TMZ obtained footage from last week showing a woman, likely Fei's mother, trying to get the police's attention by approaching a patrol car with the sword.
