For years, Putin's propaganda has convinced that Russia has a powerful army. After the failures of the Russians on the front and the additional mobilization caused by them, errors and shortcomings are clearly visible. Commanders are also struggling with the situation.
Russian soldiers have repeatedly complained about their superiors. They lacked basic equipment or even food. A few weeks ago, in a special statement, army members admitted that only a few soldiers were left from their large group.
Now, Russian soldiers from the 488th Regiment are asking for help from Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov. They are currently under fire from the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russians cannot evacuate their wounded, experiencing a severe lack of supplies and ammunition.
We appeal to Shoigu and Gerasimov. We want to sort out the situation in our unit, which is, to put it mildly, disastrous. Soldiers are forced to remain at their posts for 2-3 weeks, without reserves of water and ammunition. Earlier, they promised that they would rotate us within 10 days - emphasizes one of the Russian soldiers.
As emphasized by Vladimir Putin's army soldier, the situation with medicines looks even worse, as there is even a lack of bandages. The injured are only treated with compression bandages, and sometimes they have to wait 2-3 days for help.
The regiment commander is aware of our bad situation, but... - concluded the Russian soldier, who evidently held himself back from telling the whole truth.
Germany helped Ukraine
As reported by Ukrainian Pravda, Germany has provided Ukraine with a new aid package that includes equipment for Leopard tanks.
According to the German Ministry of Economy, in the first three quarters of this year, the federal government approved the export of military equipment to Ukraine for the amount of 3.3 billion euros, making Kiev the largest recipient of German weapons.
