The Russian opposition newspaper "Pepel," based in Belgorod, published a recording showing soldiers looting a cell phone store in the village of Glushkovo in the Kursk region.

"The video shows Chechens breaking windows in the store, smashing display cases, and carrying out all the equipment," reads the post.

The footage also shows soldiers trying to force open doors inside the store. At the end of the video, a man of Slavic appearance joins the Chechen soldiers. As he appears, another Russian soldier attempts to destroy the camera.
