Russian soldier makes a call to his wife, what happened next was unexpected

The Ukrainian Armed Forces captured a Russian soldier and granted him a chance to call his wife. To his surprise, when his wife answered the phone, she was half-clothed, visibly drunk, and evidently enjoying herself. The soldier was stunned to discover that his wife was not alone.

While Ukrainians face death due to aggression from invaders, Russians have to leave their homes for extended periods with the uncertainty of return. The soldier in captivity phoned his dear wife, only to be treated with a surprise.

The woman answered the phone during a house party, drink in one hand, phone in the other. Based on her scanty attire, it highly indicated that she had been unfaithful to her soldier husband in Ukraine.

The Ukrainians made public a video of the exchange. The captive, in the company of another soldier, placed the call to his wife who picked up at quite an awkward moment. You can gather evidence of a festive atmosphere in her house, more akin to a drinking party. Surprisingly, the soldier's wife seemed unperturbed, full of smiles as she poses a single question to her husband:

"Can I drink to your health?" she asks, raising a glass.

Caught off guard, the soldier confirms that his wife's companions are indeed consuming alcohol. Her response was nothing short of shocking.

"Oh no, it's martini!" the woman blurts out, displaying the drink. A martini is a gin and dry vermouth cocktail, undeniably an alcoholic beverage.

This marked the beginning of a farcical scene that unfolded before the captive soldier. His wife's guest assures him that he will handle everything during his captivity, that he will speak to his comrades, and ensure they remember the soldier who has fallen into enemy hands. Currently, though, he seems to be taking care of the soldier's wife, who was left behind as he headed to the frontline.

At some point, the woman, holding both phone and glass, seemingly loses her balance due to the alcohol. The phone slips from her hand, revealing her to be half-dressed.
