Putin's army delivers new evidence of its crimes every day. This time, however, it did so in a ruthless manner. A video has appeared on social media, in which—according to Ukrainian press—a Russian soldier is seen showing the severed head of a Ukrainian.

Many of the reports provided by Russian media or authorities are propaganda. They are part of the Russian Federation's information war.

The video was reportedly recorded at the Kolotilovka checkpoint in the Belgorod region of Russia.

"In one of the videos, so-called marines of the Russian Federation are seen flaunting the severed head of a Ukrainian soldier. The crime scene is the checkpoint in Kolotilovka. On August 12, Ukrainian armed forces attempted, but failed, to break through enemy lines there," writes "Ukrainska Pravda."

The Ukrainian analytical project DeepState, citing sources in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, also confirmed the video's authenticity.

Shocking video. Russian shows Ukrainian's head

"Ukrainska Pravda" also reports that it has intercepted audio materials from sources in units involved in the operation in the Kolotilovka area. They indicate that one of the Russian soldiers was ordered to sever the heads of four dead Ukrainian soldiers.

The Prosecutor General of Ukraine is already handling the matter. Investigators are collecting and verifying available information.

The video from the Belgorod region has resonated widely in Ukraine. The local ombudsman has already spoken out on the matter. Dmytro Lubinets stated that he has informed the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross about everything. He assessed that what happened in Kolotilovka was another act of violation of international humanitarian law by the Russian side.

Lubinets emphasized that the Russians publish such videos intentionally. They want to intimidate Ukrainians in this way.
