Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, urged the city's residents with a Telegram post: "The invaders are attacking, please stay in shelters!"

In a subsequent message, Sinegubov informed, "Kharkiv has experienced two missile strikes from S-300 missiles. Attacks were also registered in the Vovchansk district. Thankfully, there are no reported casualties at the moment."

Igor Terekhov, Kharkiv Mayor, shared an alarming update on Telegram: "A missile came dangerously close to private residential buildings in one of the city's districts. Thankfully, there were no casualties or any property damage. All relevant emergency services are already on site."

Meanwhile, the southern part of Ukraine also experienced a turbulent night, with a Russian drone attack launched from the Kherson region towards the Mykolaiv and Odesa regions. The Ukrainian army managed to repel the attack before midnight.

As per reports from Ukrainian Pravda, thirteen Russian bombers were airborne from the Murmansk region. An air raid warning was declared throughout Ukraine, and a missile flight was confirmed. The missile traveled from the Sumy region towards the Poltava region. Another rocket was observed traveling from Kharkiv towards the Dnipropetrovsk region. The launch of other missiles from the Caspian Sea area was also confirmed.
