Russian media escalates rhetoric: Europe as next target
Russian propagandists hold nothing back. On Vladimir Solovyov's program on Russia-1 television, scandalous statements were made about "breaking Europe." Discussions even included the possibility of a nuclear attack on European countries.
Propagandists from Russia threaten Europe and NATO daily. On Vladimir Solovyov's shows, war with Finland, Sweden, and Poland has been mentioned multiple times. There have also been threats to destroy European capitals, including Paris and Berlin.
Now, one of Vladimir Putin's favorite "journalists" has taken things a step further. He started discussing with his guests how to "break Europe."
Honestly, Europe — and the liberal global elite in general — needs to be broken. It needs to be broken, said one of Solovyov's guests.
The Kremlin propagandist asked if this meant he was "joining the club," to which he replied that he "believes in non-nuclear means of pressure."
Means of pressure? Like Oreshnik? asked Solovyov, referring to the example of a hypersonic Russian ballistic missile with intercontinental range.
Solovyov continued to press his guest, suggesting that Russia should attack Europe in a different way.
Maybe you will join the club after all? Maybe gas? Or perhaps another way of "legal war"? added an excited Solovyov.
Ultimately, the guests on his program agreed that "pressure is needed on Europe that will be more effective than what has been used so far."
Much of the information conveyed by Russian media and government representatives is probably not true. Such reports may be part of an information war by the Russian Federation.
