The Russian occupying forces are escalating repression, targeting individuals for forced mobilization. In the cities of the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, currently under Russian occupation, Russians are forming new military conscription commissions.

According to the details provided on the National Resistance Center website, even the names of the 17-year-olds appear on the list of those subject to mobilization.

The statement suggests that no profession, including a doctor, teacher, or municipal services worker, is safe from being drafted.

The Resistance Center also appealed, reminding of the advice disseminated by Kyiv on how to surrender on the battlefield to be taken prisoner by the Ukrainians. It added, "The enemy wants Ukrainians to die, irrespective of which side they fight for".
