The city of Kharkiv, home to 1.5 million people, was attacked by Putin's army employing Shaded drones of Iranian make.

Oleg Sinegubow, the Chief of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, shared that the drones caused considerable damage to civilian infrastructure in the city's eastern region.

The aftermath of the strike resulted in a major fire within a neighborhood of single-family homes. Over 50 residents were evacuated from the area. The rescue mission extended well into the evening.

"The Aggressor is Destroying Our Heroic City": Drone Attack on Kharkiv

"Witness how the Russian aggressor is tearing apart our city, the heroic city of Kharkiv. Still, we will not surrender. Dozens of private homes suffered damage, but we will remain resilient. Glory to Ukraine," stated Ihor Terechow in an emotionally charged message.

Terechow further noted that the fire spanned an area of 3700 square meters (approximately 39827 square feet).

The mayor voiced these words against the distressing sight of houses ablaze — houses where the city's residents had retired for the night just hours before.
